How do I download the new version of MSN?

I'M TRYING TO DOWNLOAD THE NEW VERSION OF MSN. BUT IT KEEPS SHOWING ERROR. PLEASE HELP <3?

Your version of Windows Installer needs to be updated. Click on the following link to go to the Windows installer page... http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=5a58b56f-60b6-4412-95b9-54d056d6f9f4 Scroll down to the "Files in this download" section. If you have Windows xp download the WindowsXP-KB942288-v3-x86.exe file. If you have Windows Vista download the Windows6.0-KB942288-v2-x86.msu file. After that try again to install windows live.
