Why are msn robots offline?

They are upgrading so they will be of for a while mine was off for 2 moths but just today they came back but they wont answer...weird

This happens a lot. Just deleted them from the list and address book and try adding them again. Microsoft is messing with their servers at the min while they are doing all their upgrade things to their websites and what have you.
