Go to the page where you sign in and towards the bottom of the page it says 'Forgot your password?' a new window will open and you'll have to type your e-mail in and your original password, and you have to give you're secret answer and postcode and DOB (i think) Sorry that you got hacked :/ If you've forgotten you're secret answers or put the wrong postcode in etc.. If you can't change your password for any reason, you can save your contact list by signing into your account, go to contacts (next to file at the top) choose 'save contacts list' save it somewhere in your files, and then create a new account, and then sign into your new account, go back onto contacts but this time choose 'import contact from saved file' and then find where you saved it in your files and you're done. Just make sure you're password is really hard to guess use letter and numbers. Good luck, I hope some of this helps. x

Do you have Windows Live Messenger or the normal Messenger? if you have windows live then this is how to do it: open the msn log in thing then click on ''forgot your password'' and then you can change the password to a new one
