MSN blocked someone?

I blocked someone on msn but they could still message me. How do I stop them?

When MSN windows contact list windows open click tool then option a window will open click privacy which will show all names of contact then click the name of person you want to block then click block his name will go in block list, even if his message come then e-mail windows will open click action then phisping scam. that person will be blocked by msn to send you any message in future. Try to scan your PC thoroughly.
