How to stop my MSN sending those annoying adverts?

How do i stop it sending them?

  • My msn keeps signing me in msn and sending links to my contacts. How do i stop it doing it?

    It's a trojan. Uninstalling and Re-installing won't remove the problem at all. The Trojan writes itself to a registry key, which is not remove during uninstallation and stays there until the next copy of msn is installed. How do i remove? First try the Windows Malicous Tool. START -> run -> Type mrt If that shows clean, download a free trial of a virus scanner/spyware remover. I agree with the worm Download this http://www.malwarebytes.org/ and this should help you out. You better warn your friends not to click any links that they think 'you' sent them.

but this is what we call SPAM and its inside your computer as far as I know formatting your computer will save you and your friends from the spam

have you installed any addons for msn like scripts or msn + etc uninstall one of those as they can do that sometimes otherwise looks like you have a virus your antivirus cant detect
