Its not possible anymore, MSN added the option where you can tick the box to say only people on your allow list can see when your online. Most of the sites you see will ask for your password and email address, they are only out to scam you out of your account and access your contacts so they can send spam and spyware. The easiset way to tell is if they suddenly stop comin online when they would usually be online.

There are website just google MSN blockers. you just enter in the person Email and it will tell you if there online or offline. ONLY USE site that doesnt require your pw.

No, MSN doesn't allow you do that anymore. Sites that say they will find out are wrong. The only way you can find out is either by asking them by another source or by asking a friend that is also on his/her friend's list if they are online or not.
