None of those. Try these: Trillian Miranda Pidgin Those three include ALL those IM clients, so you don't have to waste your computer space to download all those complicated instant messaging programs. Just download either Trillian, Miranda, or Pidgin, set up accounts, and you're good to go. They don't offer those special features like all the other IM clients do, but it's sufficient and organized. I personally like Pidgin because it's simple and easy. It has pretty dull colors (what I mean is that it's uncustomizable, unline Miranda and Trillian), but it's easy to use. Try them out, I'm sure you'll like them! Just google either one of those three, and try each and every one of them. Oh, and also, they also have email notifiers. Isn't that handy? One last thing, another great IM and mail client is called Digsby. It has full IM support, mail, and even social networking sites (i.e. Myspace and Facebook, if you have them.) Great customizable skins, although it does use a bit of memory.

I like MSN better. Yahoo is good too.

yahoo messenger is the best. you can't go wrong with it, it's compatible with most phones and pda's and most people has a yahoo id nowadays....just my opinion good luck
