On msn messenger I get 'error code 81000306', I can sign in under one name but on another i get the error code?

I've had an error 810003c1. Finally i've found that you have to change your country in your hotmail account. don't ask me why, but my country was Sudan.... so i've changed in USA and it worked maybe you should try if the msn fix doesn't work. enjoy

I have the exact same error code for a @sympatico.ca account. It makes me feel better that I'm not the only one who is experiencing this. It's weird though, because my brother signed in no problem. How come some people can get in and some people can't, I don't get it :S

thats happening to me too even though when i check if msn is all working properly the people at msn say everythings working fine when obviously its not. i mean its a saturday i need to talk to people lol sorry this isnt a proper answer but im annoyed that its happening to me too.

How does everyone know that the service is down? I have looked on the website and they say that all of the services are stable and running. I know we all have the same problem, but how can the service be down if I can check my emails, just not get on the actual messenger? Surely it is all part of the same service????
