Is hotmail or msn messenger working for anyone in Europe?

    Belgium here, doesn't work either. Webmessenger works though, so I suggest you all use that in the mean time. It also provides a way to check your hotmail.

Its on and off. Routine updates with msn, so even the email service is on and off
