On Msn if someone blocked me , can they still see me when I sign in?

Yes they can. Block them back! That way they won't be able to see when you sign in :D

Yes they can. But you wont be able to see them online unless they've unblocked you. They might receive your messages but they wont be able to send them unless they unblock you because it just leaves a gray background where you can't type or anything.

If you have been blocked then the person who has blocked you WILL be able to see if you are online or not. However, they will not recieve a box pop-up notice when you sign in. So they will only be able to see if you are on if they use the effort to check. You can stop them seeing if you are online by blocking them yourself. Hope this helps.
