well if you have access to your account delete it and create another account and do not add him or tell him...check your settings, and make sure only people on your list can send messages and see when you are online..I suggest contacting msn customer service to see what else can be done and report him while you are at it. I would just delete the account..and if he's a FRIEND he wouldn't be doing this..so i suggest you reevaluate your relationship/friendship with this person and decide who your friends really are.. You need to copy/paste your contact list for reference. Then you need to create a new account. Contact MSN and let them know what he is doing and what his contact information is. He will be kicked out of MSN and then you will just need to get a new account. MSN will set a new one up for you. You just have to call them. Good Luck!
