I can't access my hotmail account at all?

I got a message telling me from Hotmail/Microsoft that I will be required to change the password within two days from 5 original.I accessed it once but after changing the passwrd as requested cannot access using ether old or new password.Not only that it will not except my security question answers or any attempts.Tried the send reset to another account & got no reply within the 24 hours.I had an issue several months ago,changed password & it was ok.WTF is going on with Microsoft?I do not believe I was hacked but something is up.Any solutions other than Microsoft who offer none?I am pissed,been several days now.Any solutions would be great.Thanks

I tried logging into my hotmail account . It does not log me in though my credentials are correct and up until yesterday it was working fine on my mobile device as well as laptop . While checking the status page - Likely Service Disruption is specified under hotmail. Services such as Hotmail, Messenger, and SkyDrive are experiencing technical difficulties. We appreciate your patience as we work on the problem.So it is a global problem . Not to panic

I get the same error message whenever I've tried to reset my password. And it just keeps going back to the 'sign in' page when I enter my id and password.

I'm in Canada and am having the same problem with Hotmail, getting the same message. I've tried hotmail.com and live. According to the status page, we should have an update within the next couple of hours. It's obviously a global problem, hope they get it fixed very soon.
