    The best and easiest way is to pull it from your cache. I use firefox, so I'll only say how to do it in firefox. let the video completely load type about:cache in the address box. go to disk cache look for the video click on the video, and it will download to your HDD

You can try liteCam, I've been using it for few months to record YouTube videos and pretty happy with it. I've tried several programs, and it works the best for recording short (5-20 minutes) streaming videos.
