If the music is copyrighted, even if you credit the label, musician and/or writers, it still isn't legal to put it in your videos. You can, however, record a cover version of the song and upload it. That would be covered under the "fair use" law. So, if you cover the song, THEN put it into your video, it would be completely fine... but if you get paid to put up videos, it's no longer covered under "fair use", and you would need special permission.
