How do you get more subs and views on youtube?

My girlfriend has started making youtube videos on building sims 3 houses, how can she get more views and subs?

    Do a fun little commentary, do as many good quality videos as she can, and take in requests, I'm obsessed with sims videos atm!!

You can always get some fake views for your girlfriend, just to make it seem like she's actually getting views. That might make her happy! Advertise the site on FB and twitter. Usually via a fan page or constant tips on twitter. Invite friends, post the channel on other videos to ask for subs and just keep the videos coming. Most people like a new video every 1-3 days to keep them interested, otherwise its just wasted sub space.
