How do I make a YouTube video without a webcam or video camera?

    You could use Windows movie maker, which is more than likely what that person used.. Its just a slideshow with some overlaying titles. WMM comes preloaded on all windows-based pcs now. Snagit is a screen recorder, but that records your screen and really wouldn't be good for making a slideshow into a video.

My 13 yo makes things for youtube all the time. She uses anime pictures, drags them onto windows movie maker and adds music and effects, title page and ending page. She's gotten really good at it.

If you have Windows you should have a program called "Windows Movie Maker" more than %80 of all videos on You- Tube are created from that. It's one of the easiest software i worked with. yes, you can make a slideshow from still pictures and an mp3 for soundtrack...just try the free and included with Windows program: Windows Movie Maker To find it, go to: start>all programs>accessories

I think you can make a powerpoint thing with pictures and music. I think youtube might let you upload powerpoint type things. But another cool thing you can do is buy a thing called a hypercam which can plug into your xbox to make awesome halo vids. Hope it helps.
