On Youtube, how can I get a video off of there, save it, and then use it in Windows Movie Maker?

this will help you.... Use 'zillatube'. This is the easiest (and also the fastest) way. Zillatube produces mpg/mp3 video or sound formats from youtube that are compatible with windows movie maker(or media player), and more. Just get those clips you want , save & convert them, and then mix/match with pix/sound/etc using windows movie maker(included in your windows machine) to create new masterpieces.... then save it as video file such as wmv. It is very easy to download and convert videos. Then edit those converted mpg videos with windows movie maker. www.dvdvideosoft.com has a FREE program that you can download that downloads and converts any YouTube video to AVI format (which works on Windows Media Player).

Here are the two ways I'm most familiar with.. You can go to quite a few media conversion sites and most have a direct url convert option where you can type the address of the video in. OR, you can download realplayer for free, then download embedded videos online (as well as music) then upload it to the conversion site.

you go here http://www.mediaconverter.org/ from those three buttons select the second one and enter the youtube link,click next select your preferred extension( preferably avi)and click on next step and don't select anything on the other pages except to download when it has finished ;) and if you select the mp3 format you can even listen to it in winamp or what you use,it's a really great site and the best is it's free and you don't have to download anything or stuff like that ;)

ok u can go to http://keepvid.com and paste the link of the youtube video in the thing and hti download.. then u get it.. btu u have to download this converter cuz it downloads the video in a different format.. i cant remember it though.. so u have to like get the converter from that format to liek avi or something

u cant remove the video first of all if u are not the one who uploaded it secondly if u wanna dowload it u jus search in something like download youtube videos in google search although they are usually scams so be carefull after u download it then i guess use it movie maker

You can't. YouTube videos can't be downloaded or stored to your computer in any way.
