What format do i download you tube videos in to play on my ipod and then through my dvd car player?

you may have to use one video converter to convert the youtube flv to mp4 for your ipod, to play on your dvd player, you have to try dvd burner to burn on a new disk.

When you download a movie from youtube it comes as a FLV, that is the format they use and it isn't a format that any video devices support, at least from what i found. Once you download it you will have to convert it to a format that your ipod will read and play with no problem. I would recommend going to http://www.koyotesoft.com to download a free video converter. That way you can convert the video and add it to your ipod with no problem.

Normally When You Download Youtube Videos They Are .flv, You can easily convert them at websites like www.zamzar.com or such to formats like .mp4 which I believe works on iPods...
