some what so many ppl are uploading so that preforms lag, a slowing down in the sever, others may be watching the same show, creating accounts, comments etc the list can go on. let it load for a few seconds an then press play

They are the problem. But try downloading something, and if you have a full speed, then you know that it`s their problem, not yours.

it sounds like youve finished your internet connection thingo. say you had 30 gb worth of internet limit and you used it all up it would make ur internet connection slower until it renewed again. it usually renews every month or every second month.

You could have either run out of downloads, or you have a virus. Good luck!

if its close to the end of your usage time then u may have used a lot of download thus slowing down ur computer
