Now that you have that done, just go to the video, let it load for a few seconds, then you will see that the downloadhelper logo on your menu bar, right next to the URL will be colored and spinning, click the right side of it, and click the button to download the video, thats the one without the .flv and without the HQ part, unless you want the HQ one.
