What if I didn't sign into it? The site showed I was already logged in. How does it steal my info? I started putting in the spam (type wonyoutube.com) into a couple of videos- yeah, dumba$$ attack, went back and deleted them. I just changed my password. Anything else I need to do?

Yeah unfortunately it does. I did the same thing.

There are a million answers out there. Bottom line. DON"T DO IT!!!
No it doesn't. It just simply displays an iFrame element

No, actually, it displays youtube.com in an iframe, and it collects all the keystrokes you type.

No, it absolutely does /not/ steal your password or username, it simply uses an HTML iframe to make a frame to the site. Your browser is basically putting a virtual window to the website youtube.com, just inside of wonyoutube.com. They don't have to worry about your login credentials, because that all stays on YouTube.com where you have already signed in. Check out the effect here: http://www.w3schools.com/TAGS/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml_iframe That includes simple sample code on how to do it. They create the frame and then use some other code to read when you enter comments in the frame. Bottom line: It isn't a security issue, it's a web technology that has been available for ages. It's just an interesting use for the ability.
