How can I pitch an idea to Yahoo or Google?

Did yahoo sue google for stealing there idea about yahoo answers ?

Interesting question, but no. I guess it wasn't very popular so they got rid of it. Sad because it could be so much better than Yahoo Answers.

no i dont think so, yahoo had a really popular search engine untill google came up with a better one

No. The idea of yahoo answers was not copywrited, therefore it was not legally the intellectual property of Yahoo (which you can sue for stealing) The reason it is gone is because google likes to try out many things. If any new experiment does not work out, they do not waste time or resources on it and get rid of it.
