How do I remove the new google background image?

I was questioning the same thing - this is much worst than that stupid pac-man screen from last month !

I found a way to remove the background, it takes just 2 minutes. First open google.com and under the tab "file' click "save page as" and save it as a complete web page somewhere in a folder. Go to the saved files and in the folder "Google_files" search for an image. Copy the image's name , open the saved "google" page (right click->edit/ open with->notepad), select all the writing ,search for the previous image's name and delete it. After that save the edited page and make a shortcut on your desktop: you have the google page without the background.

Ok, anyone notice their Google homepage background is covered with a funky design? Since I have been up I have noticed my Google page has changed twice. First the theme was green and brown mixed with a design, and now I have white and brown flowers, what's going on? The first background made it so hard for me to see what I was typing into the search box, how can I remove this image? Can I customize this back to the original white Google home page? Use https://google.com instead as your background. This is the secure server google search. This is one of few google searches that do not use a background at the moment. Google may fix this glitch within the next hour or so. Best option is to be patient.

I'm glad I'm not the only one annoyed right now.I had an ugly pastel one.I changed it to a tornado lookup, so its not as bad since its something I like, but I prefer not to have a background.
