How do you add a person as a friend on myspace when they do not have a "send friend request" thing?

up at the top there should be a popdown menu that says user shortcuts. it should be like right above there picture. add as a friend will be an option

Yep, you go to the top it says user shortcuts...u click that and then click add friend

use the "user shortcuts" dropdown at the top left corner of their page

if they dnt have a send a request button. that mean ur actually viewing his or her actuall page and its not private. u can try this: 1- get their url 2- signout of ur account 3- go to that url. (simply type it in the address bar) 4- now.. if u still see the same page as before, then its not ganna work! but if u see diff page (the private one) then u can find the (add friend) button. or you can do this: go to search ppl and type in their email address. then u can add him/her from their. hope that helps :]

Get rid of the spaces I made in the link before you do it too. It kept shortening the link when I would put it in. Friend ID is the numbers at the end of the URL when you go to their myspace page. =) Best answer?

copy there friend id number from there profile website link then go to someone elses profile and go to add them, take there friend id number out of there profile link on the add page and replace it with the other one that u want to add if that doesnt make sence im sorry... but thats how ive done it

You just send your friend a message asking him to send YOU a friend request.

go to someone else's page and click "send friend request". COPY the person you want to add's friendid number, visible in their url adress on their page after something like "friendid=" on the other person's send friend request page, delete THEIR friendid and replace it with the person you really want to add's. press go.
