How to watch my videos in Metacafe and in Youtube?

How do I "download" videos I watch on "YouTube", "Metacafe" etc. and "save" them as a "file" in my computer?

    To Download You can either use Firefox PLugin, Video Downloader to download from these video sites or download directly by using online tool.
