Ask your mom. There must be a reason she blocked it. If you truly need access to the site, then ask her and work something out.

Reload the O/S. That will def. work. The HOSTS file may have been edited. Search your computer for hosts.txt If you find it, open it and see if facebook has an entry. If it does, delete the entry and save the file. Then restart the computer.
