phazedll (is actually phazeddl to be correct - currently have the page up, working fine, and will be using it for the time being) came back up and has BEEN up for quite a while.. So know a little bit about what you are saying before you answer W. Katz will surely return - too big of a site not to with a forum that is also very large in membership. The closure is permanent What initially started out as a compromise has lead to an internal disagreement to the sites operation. There are many rumors floating around and even news articles, though I cannot say many are even close to the truth and it is far more complicated than what it seems. Following many hours of discussions and ideas we've not been able to come to an agreement. From this point on, Katz Downloads will cease to operate. The closure is permanent. We have no bearing on this besides requesting that the Katz Downloads section shortly be removed. Thank you. Well looks like the end..

no clue and no loss. i love kats with all its features but there are a ton of other sites and also just google your inquiry. Like tv shows "raising hope 720p s01e13 filesonic" and pick a site with live links. so if you really wanna master the internet get all your downloads from a google search. :)

Hacked? More like taken over by the media mafia. Katz has never used paysite place holders. The exact same thing happened to phazedll and rapidlinkers not so long back. Once the paysite reroute is up its rare they ever come back. Neither of the above did and still haven't to this day.
