I'm not here to be judgmental so I'll just answer your question: Consult with an adoption attorney. Some answerers here will try to convince you that private adoption is not legal and ethical but I assure you that it is. The same legal process and ethical guidelines are followed with a reputable attorney as with a reputable agency. Make sure that separate counseling and legal representation is included for you.

You should go through an agency that's reputable. You don't want to just do it over the internet or anything. Bethany Christian Services is one place I know who does a good job. There are other non-religious adoption agencies also. Just google them. Whatever you do make sure they are non-profit and provide counseling for you. Also, with adoption you can have a week or even a few months to decide if it's really for you before you sign the papers. Just good to know.

How can you give up on your 3rd child after 2 that you are keeping? just because your relationship failed? Parents don't give up on their kids because everything else fails... But you were probably pretty sure of the "til death do us part" promise if you married the guy...but you can't promise the same thing to your kids? I can't understand how people can promise all those things to another person that doesn't even have your own blood before God, but when it comes to kids, OH it's just better to have an abortion or give them up for adoption, but to a whole different human being that doesn't even carry your blood people are willing to do what it takes til death do them part...

You could do a 3 for 2 offer, then all of them would get a 'better life' Honestly, who splits up siblings FFS Private adoption is illegal in most civilized Countries ('cept USA where they sell 'em by the dozen) So what you are suggesting, in your Country, amounts to black market adoption rather than the social service it is supposed to be I hope you are able to face your 'baby' some day and tell him/her that you didn't want them. I'm sure your other two will be on tenderhooks wondering of they're next for the chop.

I'm sorry to hear about your situation. My wife and I are a couple that may fit who your looking for. We are unable to have children together. We are meeting with doctors right now for some insight on what might be possible for us ivf etc. We don't care if the child is our biological child, but we just want a child to call our own and to show love to.
