Get enrolled in any racing school in england. Once u passed, back in Singapore, register yourself with the Singapore Motorsports Associations(SMSA). Try go-karting in Taman Jurong or better still, if u have a "soup-ed up" performance car, join in any of the popular garages in Singapore. I'm sure u can start off somewhere. start from scratch, bro. Trust me, I know. I was like u once. But now, I'm driving my Evo 8 with one of the garages there and racing part time (for leisure) either in Kallang rallies or drifting in Pasir Gudang n Sepang. Btw, i'm frm S'pore too, west side.
