Why does Ken Block get so much hate?

    Because bad drivers always get huge amounts of hate. "how can you call him a bad driver when he has won as many races as he has?" FYI His best finish is 2nd in rally america in 06, 08 and 13 as well as 2nd in the GRC XGames. His average finishing position in Rally America is 4th (not a win) (4 podiums) Average WRC position 15th (not a win) "you would also be calling everyone that has won less races than him a bad driver" This is invalid, Ken has won few races because he has no skill... Not to mention the fact that he technically hasn't won a race because he has never obtained 1st place therefore it is impossible to win less races than him. "he as amazing rallycross driver" nice spelling and grammar there bud. I don't know about you but after watching Ken race in the GRC he looks far from amazing as a rallycross driver (with the exception of XGames 2012 when he was on 3 tyres and a rim)

He is a great driver. If people judge other people for **** like He has more trophies therefore he is the best. Then man are you a tool. They have also Listed David Guetta as the worlds best DJ. But seriously do you think he is the best. He can't play music for **** in live concerts and most of the times it just ******* recordings playing in the background while his turn tables are not even powered on. Ken is great ill say it again. When he is on the driving seat you know there is only one thing that exhaust is gonna spit. And that is pure epicness. **** these dumb mofos who hate him.

Ken is a marketing genius and overall great guy. But he’s not a clean driver by any means. Anyone can look good in a Gymkana video after 30 takes. What he’s doing in those videos can be done by most drivers. There is no magical trick to massive understeer, jumping and turning in the air or drifting over a light bulb with active diffs. The fact that you think those are awesome skill is why he is a marketing genius. He’s not a horrible driver but certainly not the best…. not even close. Don’t forget there are two other elements to rally you seem to be over looking. Those are navigation and attrition. 50% of winning rally races is surviving the damn race. Easy to do with top of the line technology and a massive backing. Most RA competitors are privateer and cannot event afford a third of Kens stuff. I think thats where a lot of hate comes from. Personally I don’t hate the guy. I’d just like to see how he does in a spec class compared to other drivers.
