This question has been answered a zillion times: - her driver was drunk - he was speeding, and lost control of the vehicle - she was not wearing a seatbelt. It was a tragic accident. To suggest otherwise is just silly. And, why shouldn't Charles and Camilla be happy? They were both divorced from previous partners, and from all accounts, both are very much in love. To me, that's a good news story.

If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck ... it is a duck.

No one prevented her from wearing the seat belt. Drinking + driving + speeding = accident, It is reported that, not only was the driver drunk but, also heavily medicated and that he was driving like a stuntman in a James Bond film.

No, she was not. How many people are killed in car accidents in your country? In mine there is no rule on who can be killed by accident. Maybe you have heard about "accidents"

Really? Why don't you read the last 5000 times this has been asked here?

For once and for all NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! She was killed in a road accident, in a car being driven by a driver who had been drinking, and she wasn't wearing a seat belt. There's no doubt she was a loose canon, but I truly don't understand how this conspiracy theory can still be out there. It's FALSE!! I truly believe the woman was an accident waiting to happen - if it hadn't the way it did, there would have been something else. I

Even if the Queen and Prince Phillip got the MI5 involved (unlikely as I doubt they could get away with it being so well known) or more possible a hit man in the mysterious white car. you forgot the golden rule of royals which is you have a get out of jail free card and are very unlikely to face the law courts or jail. Current example is Prince Charles and his brother meddling in political matters and getting away with it and with protection from top silks and other people. Unfortunately things didn't go in Princess Diana favour by not wearing a seat belt( is this a royal thing too? ) and having a drunk driver and ambulance following weird protocol by going slow to the hospital instead of fast like they should do. Unless she has been out on ice cryogenially she isn't coming back to say what happened. It is the same type of mystery car accident as Princess Grace had which has never been properly explained from what I can tell.

Hello Kitty. My dear girl, one must ask oneself this question: If our wonderful Royals had wanted to do away with the Spencer woman, would they really have chosen a Parisian underpass in which to do it? Now, if your answer is in the affirmative, I suggest you employ the services of a jolly good gumshoe!

Oh please, everyone was concerned, where have you been? Diana was killed by circumstances of her life - I blame the whole of everything for what she had to live. Honor and duty first had him marry her when he had no true affection for her. The media fell in love with her and we all did too, and that compounded her problems. She was a light breath of fresh air and we fell in love and the media hounded her to ground. The pressure of duty in light of all the goings on - her expectations surely being happily ever after she had no clue as a young woman of what was expected of her, she was ill prepared for that life. All of those things count for the life that ended so tragically. And dont' watch one simply film and believe everything - film is manipulative in its story-telling. It's over, done, nothing more to be said, she died at the hands of fate, she will always be young and loved by most of the public.
