You just need confidence, just start making "small talk" with people and friends. Dont be over crazy but just BE YOURSELF. I know when you here this you think its stupid but trust me it isnt! Talk to someone you dont know. It doesnt matter what people think. "Don't take life to seriously, cause no one make it out alive"

Try joining some clubs at school. like drama or maybe volunteer at you local food bank. And don't drink or change yourself to be"cool" be yourself and find people who appreciate that! :)
