It all depends on what type of rider you are, and what you want to do. Theres so many GOOD F-ing boards out there there cant be the BEST board. But in my opinion the Lib Tech Skate Banana is up there. Its designed to do pretty much EVERY thing at 90 % ( no board has it all perfect)
