You need to measure the board and give the length in centimeters and the waist width in millimeters. You should also include the size of the bindings. It's probably on the bottom of the binding. The 13 on the board and bindings may indicate that it was a rental board at a resort. The NASA indication is for compatibility of the board and bindings. Burton uses a 3 hole binding mount (3-D) whereas the rest of the manufacturers use a 4 hole mount (4x4). If you e-mail the serial number of the board to Burton, they might be able to tell you when the board was made.
