The difference between lips and nose is negligible. you're are talking about 2 cm, or about 3/4 inch. Even your weight isn't going to factor too much one way or another. So if you think you are still growing just stick with the board you have. Even if you exchange it you probably won't outgrow it right away. disregard the board to chin advice. It's not correct. Board size is based on your weight, your ability, and the terrain you ride.
