Answer:
Bring the bindings with you when you try on new boots. For example a large binding goes up to 11.5 boot so if you are going to a size 12 it may not fit... But if you are staying within the bindings size range it should be fine...

Yes. You may need to adjust the straps on the bindings to fit the boot. Che k for toe drag and If there is then tilt your bindings outward

Flow bindings have different sized binding bases and two different sized foot straps. You should be able to get a different sized foot strap and avoid buying new boots. That is unless you needed new boots anyway.
