the first snowboards were made out of plywood, so go get a sheet of plywood or osb (the big chip board) at least 1/2" thick. Then trace out a snowboard and cut it out with a jig/saber saw. Then seal it with some polyurethane spray paint if you have time. Otherwise just ride it with the smoother side down. Screw on some velcro straps to hold your feet on the board. You will be the coolest kid on the hill!
