Snowboard recommendations.

Any recommendations for how i should store my snowboard during the warm season?

  • Answer:

I always get mine professionally waxed at the end of the season to keep it moist all summer. otherwise it sits in my room, just like when I'm not using it in the winter, and I make sure to dust if off every coupla days. Simple

Well I would apply a coat of wax to it without scraping it, then store and scrape some time during the summer, and rewax without scraping again, just to keep the wax fresh. Don't bother doing your edges because all sorts of stuff can happen to them and you would just do them again next winter

Apply a fairly thick coat of wax to the base but do NOT scrape it as you would if you were normally waxing your board. This will ensure that the base doesn't dry up over the summer. Also, ensure there is no rust on the edges and the board is stored in a relitively dry spot.
