What snowboard would you recommend?

What type of snowboard bindings would you recommend for a beginner?

  • Going this weekend, and not sure which ones I should rent when I go. I don't even know how many types or what they're called. I just know there are options.

There are many different brands of bindings but I think what they are referring to is whether you will want step-in bindings (the ones you click into) or strap-in. Most people on the mountain ride strap-in. The step-in can get ice stuck in it and it makes it a pain to get your boots clicked in. For your first time snowboarding, it doesn't matter a whole lot. The decision will matter more when you buy your board & bindings. Good luck and be sure to give it more than one day. You will have a much better time your second and third days on the hill.

i would get the ones where u can click in and out. otherwise if you panic or nething the strap ones make things worst.
