What size snowboard is good for beginner? Female 130lbs, 5'5", show size 7?

Is it okay to use a 145 cm board?
-
Answer:
A 145 should be good. If you can rent one for a day just to check it out I'd recommend that before you haul off and pour your money into buying a setup. I'm 5'6 and I ride a 146. It turns super easily and has great control.

Jonas Fan! That loves Kevin!!
General rule of thumb: Snowboard should go up to your armpit. Too short and you will sacrifice speed, too long and you sacrifice control. Good luck, it is a great sport.
