Jake M has the best answer by far. I completely agree with him, somewhere in the low 140s is most likely the best size, but also consider the different stiffnesses. ask the salesperson about what boards are best for you.

boards should be anywhere between collar bones and nose. Id say you need about a 146 or 147. depends on boot size, experiance, board type and what its used for tho

I'm not completely sure but I was told to get a snowboard that when standing up comes up to your nose. Hope that helps!
