I am 6'1" 145 pounds and I ride a 155 Burton hero wide. I am an all mountain rider, about 60% freestyle, 40% freeride, and a 155 is perfect for me. As long as you don't plan on gaining 20-30 pounds anytime soon, you would be just fine with a 154. Hope this helps you out!

That size is good if you only do park. But if your an all mountain rider I would have gotten around a 158. You should be ok if your a 99% park rider.
