    its a 16mm screw usually, depends on the binding but nowadays probably atleast 90 prcent of bindings use 16mm length, you can find snoboard screws online theyre a ripoff and some more than others, many shops wont sell a whole set of screws to you, you could always call up your binding company and see if you can buy some cheap off them

go to your local shop and buy snowboard binding hardware. Don't go to home depot and try to find the right length and thread. it's just more trouble than it's worth.
