9-10 If you want to be sure go to a local snowboard shop and try some on, Also keep in mind that every companies shoe size is different. I usually get 1-2 size bigger then my sneaker size

If you're ordering online make sure the site has a good return policy. I usually size down half to a full size depending on the brand. edit: yes, you want them to fit tight, but not uncomfortably tight. You don't want to have any heel lift while flexing forward. Your toes should just barely touch the end of the boot, and if you think they're a bit snug try to walk around for a day or two with them on because they will pack out. Don't worry about how hard it is to get the boots on and off, all that matters is the fit once the boot is on. I would advise against sizing up (like the poster below suggested.... his boots probably don't fit right) if you've tried on a size 7 and they fit well you might want to stick with boots around that size. oh, and just remember that every company fits a bit different.

Snowboarding boots usually run pretty true to shoe size but to play it safe you can always get a size bigger and double up on your snowboarding socks to fill the space.
