I ride Flux bindings. All of their bindings have toe cap straps, which give you way more control than normal toe straps, as well as getting rid of the pressure points in your feet. The ankle straps are also really well padded, even when you have them strapped all the way down you can forget your wearing them. Some of their bindings feature the L-guide system, which keeps the ends of your straps from getting in the way. Flux bindings are very adjustable, and they have awesome flex.

Well if you want to be like everyone else on the mountain you could go with a pair of Burton bindings. But I bought some Flux bindings and love them. The nice thing about Flux is bindings is all they do so they know what they're doing in the binding business and they aren'tt over priced much like Burton can be. Union makes some super solid stuff, but they tend to be super expensive. Bent Metal is also a super legit brand worn by lots of your favorite pro's. Really any of the snowboarding brands make good stuff. A great sight to find them is the-house.com, and a good sight for cheap deals on all things snowboard is sierrasnowboard.com. Hope this helps. Ride On!
