The most solid "all-around" binding you can get, for the price is Rome/Sierra S90's. http://www.trusnow.com/Rome-S90-Snowboard-Bindings.asp They are rome/sierra collab's and they are basically rome 390's with arsenal straps. Very good bindings from park to pow and they're damn cheap for the quality. Other bindings to look at are union forces and union contacts. Forces are more stiff and are better for all-mountain riding but are amazing go-to bindings for park. Rome 390's are comparable, slightly softer flex and less forward lean in the highbacks though (If you're going to get 390's, save your money and get s90's - you won't notice the difference if you need recommendations for bindings.) Burton cartels are also very solid bindings but will break your price cap unless you buy used or find last seasons on sale.

I recommend Burton and Ride. They are the best of the best. (Shawn White uses Burton (he sponsors it))
