yes. it will work better than a dry base but dont expect it to last very long. Nothing beats a good hot wax.

I'm not sure if it applies to all brands, but I know some can. I know One Ball Jay can be used as a rub on or hot wax, but for the best results and performance, your board should be hot waxed instead of just being rubbed on.

yes you can, it does work as rub on, you just have to work it into the base really hard, and then scrape and buff.. it won't last very long, but if your in need of wax and without an iron, it will surfice..
