Which is best snowboard brand for me?

    In no specific order: Forum Ride Nitro K2 Gnu, Lib Tech, Rome, Capita are all top notch brands as well, mostly built for park riders. Unless you intend to start doing rails and boxes etc. right away, I'd go for a more all-mountain board. Burton is a good brand, but is overrated. Go with any of the above before a Burton. Stay away from Lamar, Morrow, 5150. They claim to be the "beginner boards" but they're mostly crap that can cost the same as the brands mentioned above.

Boards only? Capita k2 Signal Bindings? Union Burton Rome Boots are too personal for others to decide.

Burton all the way, but Rome is also a very nice brand to.
