How do you size a snowboard?

How do I know what size snowboard to get?

  • I am 5'1 and 130 lbs, i don't know what size snowboard to get. I've gone snowboarding about 5 or 6 times before.

    i just recommend going to your nearest snowboard shop and having one of the people there help you find out...they know what they are doing :]

stand the board in front of you. if the end of the board is between your nose and about 5cm below your chin it would be allright. a longer board is better for beginners

go to a local shop and buy it from a local shop they will tell you what you need and why and you will be much happier and more convinced about your decision
