    I've been riding for 14 years and always had trouble with heel lift so I used Burton System bindings exclusively for many, many years even though I never owned a Burton board. For the last several years I have been using FLOW. I love my Flows and have noticed more and more people riding them. I am mainly a freerider, but occasionally take small/medium hits. I believe Flow has begun making freestyle bindings also.

burton cartels are pretty sick i have had them for two years and still ride them

A really good snowboarding binding that is out for free style is the Burton Cartels which have a very high response because of the high back on it. Another really good one is the Burton Mission binding. It has a really good freestyle rating.

I always recommend Ride bindings - the Ride EX is a favorite but this isn't a freesytle specific binding. I have never ridden the Ride MVMT bindings, but I would try to read some reviews on those as well. The Contraban bindings look very interesting - I can't wait to try them. Also want to say that the K2 auto bindings (though very cool and easy) don't seem to hold up - especially to the beating they get in the park. The cable system in the back will wear and get loose.
